9. Applicable law
The Website is published in Curacao. All data processing is governed by the laws of Curacao and in particular the Personal Data Protection Act of Curaçao (PDPA). Although CADRE makes reasonable efforts to protect the personal identifiable information of all website users and to comply with applicable local data protection and consumer rights laws, users should not submit any Personal Information to CADRE, where they are uncertain whether this Privacy Policy conflicts with the applicable local privacy laws where they are located.
